Clean place, staff was welcoming. The location was EXCELLENT and perfect, close enough to the restaurant, the medina with local guide and the market. Had tea and goodies at Millbay Cafe, nestled 1 km of the hotel. We got a room with a bathtub.

The garden at Palais Ommeyad Suites & Spa offered a diverse selection of delicious breakfast options. the hotel's proximity to the Medina makes it very convenient for exploring the area. - Nearby Karaouiyine Coffee impressed me with their tasty treats and drinks.

The Ommeyad atmosphere at Riad Palais Ommeyad was absolutely mesmerizing, transporting me to a universe that was both dazzling and magical. It felt like living in an enchanting palace with Moroccan decor, surrounded by moments of relaxation and charming passion. The staff's English was perfect, making communication a breeze.

We had an amazing stay at Palais Ommeyad Suites & Spa. the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to fulfill all of our requests. the highlight of our experience was the delicious meal, especially the mouthwatering Moroccan salad and couscous. the breakfast was also fantastic, although the portions were quite generous. the riad itself was beautifully decorated and located in the quiet medina. We would definitely recommend this place to others. Cons: Can't think of anything 🙌.
